IT Project Manager

Kforce is seeking an IT Project Manager in Jupiter, FL. This role involves defining project objectives, overseeing quality control, and providing leadership to project teams. The manager will plan and direct IT projects impacting multiple business areas, building knowledge of the organization and solving straightforward problems using standard procedures. A minimum of 5 years of nuclear experience with Work Management/Systems knowledge and Safe Agile process understanding is preferred.

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Manager in Jupiter, FL. Duties:

• The IT Project Manager is responsible for defining projects objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle
• Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution
• Could participate in employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management
• Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas
• As an IT Project Manager, you will build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
• Solves a range of straightforward problems
• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Requirements

• Nuclear background preferred with Work Management/Systems knowledge and Safe Agile process understanding; Minimum of 5 years of Nuclear experience
• Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; Still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
